Delete your data

soundParty has no accounts, and we keep no data about you on any server. Everything the app stores is on your own phone, where you can delete it yourself in under a minute.

Accounts

You can’t create an account in soundParty, so there is no account to delete. The app never asks for your name, email address or phone number.

Data on your phone

This covers your playlists, queue, recently played list, party display name, sync trim, feature unlocks and any tracks you saved at a party.

Delete everything and keep the app

  1. Open your phone’s Settings, then Apps, then soundParty.
  2. Tap Storage (on some phones, Storage and cache).
  3. Tap Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

Delete everything and remove the app

Uninstall soundParty. Android deletes the app’s private storage with it.

Tracks you saved at a party are also offered to your phone’s music library so other players can see them. Delete those from your music app or file manager if you want them gone as well. Your own music and videos are never changed or removed by soundParty.

Party data — chat messages, the list of people in the room, the join code — exists only while the party is running and is gone when it ends.

Advertising data

Ads in the app come from Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising ID. That data is held by Google, not by us.

  • To reset or delete your advertising ID, open your phone’s Settings, then Google, then Ads.
  • To change your consent for personalised ads in soundParty, open the app’s Settings, then Privacy, then Ad privacy choices (shown in regions where consent applies).
  • To see or delete ad-related activity tied to a Google account, visit Google My Ad Center.

Send us a request

If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or you have any other question about your data, write to support@snapconvert.app with the subject “Data deletion”. We will confirm within 30 days. Emails are otherwise deleted within 12 months of our last reply. Nothing else is retained.
